Terms of Use

These terms apply to the cross-border access, network acceleration, international route, and related subscription services provided by VPNFD. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, importing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop creating or using the account and, where eligible, submit a request under the refund policy.

Service Content and Scope

VPNFD provides international route subscriptions, a user panel, subscription import information, and client access links to improve network paths when accessing international websites. Coverage includes 100+ countries / 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, route names, and connection status at any given time are shown in the user panel.

A route subscription provides network connectivity only; it does not guarantee access to any third-party website, application, content library, account feature, or regional entitlement. Target services may change their available scope based on account ownership, access location, their own rules, or technical policies. Users should check after connecting whether the target service meets their current needs and follow the relevant third-party rules.

Account and Subscription Use

Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription links, and information displayed in the panel, and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. A subscription link is an account access credential and should not be publicly posted, sold, exchanged, or given for long-term use to anyone outside the account holder’s control.

The service allows an unlimited number of devices, but this does not mean that an account may be resold, rented, or used as a publicly shared service. Users may configure the subscription on devices they reasonably control. If sharing causes unusual traffic, misuse of route resources, security risks, or disruption to other users, VPNFD may require the user to stop the activity and may restrict subscription or account features as appropriate.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before selecting a plan, users should verify the billing type, available traffic, and current account status. Actual purchase records are based on the orders and subscription information shown in the user panel.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPNFD, users must follow the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the actual location where the service is used, and ensure that their accessed content, data transfers, and account activity have lawful purposes. Users must not use the service to intrude into others’ systems, distribute malicious programs, commit online fraud, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, collect data without authorization, or engage in other unlawful conduct.

Users must also avoid disrupting routes, the user panel, or related infrastructure through automated requests, unusual concurrency, excessive resource consumption, or other means. Each user is responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their own conduct. VPNFD may review necessary account status and service records when handling security incidents, valid complaints, or lawful requests for cooperation.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

Cross-border connection quality may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, device configuration, target site status, regional network conditions, and route maintenance. VPNFD maintains route resources and the user panel, but does not promise that any route, region, or third-party service will perform consistently at all times or under every network condition.

When connection problems occur, users should first check their local network, client configuration, subscription update status, and route selection, and may submit a ticket through the user panel. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNFD is not liable for indirect losses arising from access changes caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, leaked credentials, third-party service changes, public network outages, or events beyond reasonable control.

Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, interferes with service operation, uses the service for unlawful activity, files a false payment dispute, or repeatedly affects other users’ normal use, VPNFD may take measures appropriate to the nature of the event, including requesting corrective action, restricting certain features, suspending the subscription, or terminating the account. To control an ongoing security or resource risk, such measures may take effect before the review is complete.

After an account is restricted or terminated, the user remains responsible for conduct that occurred before termination and for any related obligations. Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. The applicable process and scope are set out on that page.

Changes and Governing Application

VPNFD may update these terms in response to changes in service content, operating rules, technical conditions, or applicable law. Updates will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated date will be changed accordingly. Users should review the latest version before continuing to use the service; continued use of an account or subscription after an update takes effect means acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy together form the applicable agreement for using VPNFD. If another page provides more specific information about the same matter, the dedicated rule for that matter takes precedence.
